How do you stay motivated?
This is a blog of my adventure to changing my life in all ways healthy. I know there are going to be days where I just want to give up and not care anymore but I will fight that. I am also starting this blog to document my everyday struggle as well. For the next month I will attempt to blog at least everyday and describe my day, how I felt throughout the day and the foods I ate.
