Today I will make this promise to myself to start living a more healthier life, I have always struggled with my weight since I was younger, but now I have devoted myself to give it my all.

This is a blog of my adventure to changing my life in all ways healthy. I know there are going to be days where I just want to give up and not care anymore but I will fight that. I am also starting this blog to document my everyday struggle as well.
